Piedmont Lube Centers is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to greet customers, recommend maintenance services, process transactions, and support the service team. The role involves engaging with customers in a fast-paced shop setting and ensuring a clean, safe environment.

The ideal candidate has solid customer service skills, can explain services clearly, and is comfortable working outdoors with physical tasks. Weekend availability and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable working in shop environments and outdoor conditions.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers promptly and provide a friendly, professional experience.
• Recommend maintenance services based on vehicle inspections and manufacturer recommendations.
• Answer customer questions and explain services clearly and confidently.
• Accurately enter vehicle information and process transactions using the POS system.
• Perform courtesy vehicle inspections, including checking fluids, filters, tires, belts, hoses, and wiper blades.
• Assist technicians with preventive maintenance services as needed.
• Guide vehicles safely into service bays.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support opening and closing procedures as assigned.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and operating standards.
• Work as part of a team to keep service flowing efficiently throughout the day.
