Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Grove City, OH to receive, process, and record customer orders. The role involves direct contact with customers and staff supporting ordering, delivery, and billing.

You will respond to inquiries by phone, fax, and email, resolve issues, analyze service needs, and document activities in our CRM. The job requires teamwork across Live Chat, Web Order Entry, EDI, Wholesale, and Government, with opportunities to cross-sell and upsell to grow

Qualifications

• Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong reading, math, locating, listening and writing skills.
• Able to perform data entry with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Responds to customer inquiries by telephone, fax, and e-mail to provide problem resolution.
• Resolves routine and basic problems and communicates solution or requested information to the customer.
• Analyzes customer's service needs and refers to other service or technical departments for follow up as needed.
• Uses a customer relationship application or database to record activities and research product information.
• Participates in cross functional teams (Live Chat, Web Order Entry, EDI, Wholesale, Government).
• Cross-sells and up-sells to grow sales.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and teammate approach.
• Maintains punctuality and adapts to changes within the job/department/company.
• Manages paid time off and time scheduling.
• Maintains high inbound/outbound call levels as defined by management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
