Job summary

ATA Services Inc. in Albuquerque is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work on a temporary assignment with the City of Albuquerque. Pay rate is $15.00 per hour with weekly pay; schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00 A.M.

– 5:00 P.M.; Start Date ASAP. You will answer a multi-line phone system, schedule reservations for seniors, provide transportation information, and maintain records using the scheduling system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; two years of customer service experience preferred.
• Two-way radio operation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer a multi-line phone system regarding transportation services for the senior population.
• Determine the best route and schedule for customers using fixed and itinerant routes.
• Schedule reservations for seniors and other program participants using the scheduling system.
• Enter data and verify accuracy of records in the transportation program.
• Provide information to walk-in customers and distribute transportation information such as routes and schedules.
• Generate reports and maintain records using the computer system.
