Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer experience.
• Communicate with Customer Service.
• Make on board announcements regarding service disruptions or delays.
• Assist passengers with train/bus schedules.
• Assist passengers with ticket purchases both cash and credit.
• Reconcile daily train fare ticket sales.
• Report any safety or security concerns to the Transportation Department.
• Support with busing for special events or service interruptions.
• Operate a company vehicle to transport crews.
• Flexible schedule, including potential weekend shifts.
