Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Supervisor to lead and develop store associates in the Point of Sale and Customer Service areas. You will teach, coach, and supervise associates while ensuring all service processes align with Kohl’s standards and drive operational efficiency.

You will oversee cash handling, merchandising standards, and training, while using KPIs to guide decision-making and achieve store goals. The role requires strong communication and flexible availability, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Experience supervising teams or associates and coaching to meet daily goals.
• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• 2 years experience in retail or similar industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and assist associates to deliver speed of service and handle transactions.
• Meet or exceed individual goals and support storewide goals.
• Coach, teach and train associates to execute POS and customer service standards.
• Support training on merchandising standards and product knowledge.
• Oversee daily cash-related processes such as register balancing and change orders.
• Use KPIs to drive overall store results and performance.
