Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and assist associates to deliver speed of service and a compelling customer experience.
• Meet or exceed individual goals and support storewide goals.
• Coach and train associates to execute POS and customer service standards.
• Support training on merchandising standards, product knowledge and tools.
• Oversee cash-related processes and daily store operations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and protect assets with loss prevention.
