Job summary

Kohl's in Marietta is seeking a Stores Supervisor to own store operations and coach associates toward excellent customer service and efficiency. You will lead by example, supervise daily processes, and ensure accurate execution of stocking, receiving, and omni-channel fulfillment.

In this role you will train new hires on operations, use KPIs to guide decisions, and partner with the merchandising team to maintain standards and layout. Strong communication and flexible availability are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Experience supervising teams or associates to include the responsibility for coaching to achieve daily goals.
• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Execute sound operational processes including freight unload, receiving, processing product, stockroom management and omni channel fulfillment
• Support inventory accuracy by timely and accurate completion of all required merchandise disposition practices
• Maintain stock on the sales floor by processing freight, managing stockroom, and replenishing on the floor
• Support training for new hires on operations, inventory procedures, productivity standards, and Kohl's tools
• Coordinate with merchandising on product placement and brand standards
