Job summary

BayCoast Bank in Dartmouth, MA is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to lead a branch team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach tellers, monitor service quality, and support sales initiatives to help customers reach their financial goals.

You’ll manage scheduling, oversee teller operations, ensure policy compliance, and collaborate across departments while engaging with the community to grow the business and develop your career.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year teller experience.
Strong leadership skills.
Customer-focused mindset.
Knowledge of banking products.
Strong attention to detail.
Positive attitude and reliability.
Bilingual a plus but not required.
