BayCoast Bank is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor at our Dartmouth branch to lead teller teams, coach staff, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. The role emphasizes coaching, staff development, and delivering branch results while maintaining compliance and community engagement.

You will mentor tellers, handle customer inquiries, and drive referrals and sales opportunities within the branch. A positive attitude, reliability, and banking product knowledge are essential.
