Job summary

BayCoast Bank is seeking a Universal Banker in Fall River, MA. You will act as the face of the bank, delivering high-quality customer service, handling transactions, opening accounts, and supporting loan processes.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma, some customer service experience, and the ability to obtain NMLS registration. Evening/weekend availability and reliable transportation are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 months of customer service experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain NMLS registration.
• Flexibility to work evenings/weekends.
• Bilingual: Spanish/Portuguese a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, friendly, and efficient service to customers.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues; educate customers on banking products.
• Identify customer needs and recommend products; generate referrals across business lines.
• Open accounts, process transactions, assist with loans, and balance transactions.
• Support branch operations and participate in training and marketing initiatives.
