BayCoast Bank – Pleasant St Branch is hiring a Universal Banker to deliver high-quality customer service and transactional banking support. You will work under the Branch Manager to open accounts, process transactions, and identify opportunities to help customers meet their financial goals.

The role emphasizes customer relationships, cross-selling, and teamwork, with evening/weekend flexibility and a path for career growth at a well-established regional bank.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 months of customer service experience.
• Prior cash handling experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain NMLS registration.
• Bilingual: Spanish/Portuguese a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work evenings/weekends.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

The Universal Banker is the face of BayCoast Bank, responsible for delivering high-quality service and building long-lasting customer relationships. This role combines customer service and transactional banking functions, supporting both new and existing customers with their financial needs.

Working under the direction of the Branch Manager, you’ll provide personalized financial solutions, process transactions, open accounts, and identify opportunities to help customers achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Service:
