Qualifications

• BA or 2+ years in Customer Service or Inside Sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Recommend products or services by collecting information and analyzing needs.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, social media, and chat.
• Maintain basic product knowledge.
• Solve warranty and support issues.
• Document issues in NetSuite.
• Implement solutions, including warranty shipments.
• Issue call tags to pick up defective product.
• Identify issues needing advanced support.
• Generate and distribute sales leads.
• Support inside sales during surge periods.
