Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Store Associate at the Parker, CO location to deliver friendly customer service, help customers find products, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will participate in unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining in-store standards to uphold our brand promises.

The role involves promoting rewards programs, assisting with Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store, and following SOPs while delivering exceptional customer care in a climate-controlled retail

Qualifications

Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments
Educate customers on VOC survey
Assist with omni-channel processes such as BOPIS and SFS
Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes
Complete merchandise recovery and in-stock store maintenance
Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties
Support shrink and safety programs
Adhere to SOPs and company policies; interact professionally
