Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Store Team Member at the DEN-WESTMINSTER, CO location to deliver friendly customer service and assist shoppers throughout their visit. You will help customers locate products, process fast checkouts, and participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram duties to keep the store well-merchandised.

Responsibilities include educating customers on Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards, supporting BOPIS and SFS processes, and maintaining store recovery and safety

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to engage with customers and explain store programs.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout with accurate cash handling.
• Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards; enroll customers.
• Assist with Omni-channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Support truck unload, stocking, and planogram execution.
• Maintain in-stock conditions and merchandise recovery.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; uphold store standards.
• Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production.
