Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality, or service industry preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations, from merchandising to front-end duties.
• Unload freight, restock merchandise, and maintain clean, presentable areas.
• Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy at the register.
• Provide a welcoming, safe, and respectful environment for customers and coworkers.
• Support store leadership with duties as assigned.
• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and guest experience.
