Qualifications

• Ability to read maps or GPS.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and learns software quickly.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Field residential and commercial calls, inquiries, and requests.
• Resolve service changes, contract compliance, billing questions, and equipment issues.
• Create and maintain customer profiles in the account database.
• Log customer service interactions accurately and on time.
• Review performance metric reports with your manager and build growth plans.
• Respond to internal and external emails promptly to resolve concerns.
• Perform other job related duties as required.
