Amrize is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Franklin, IN, to manage order fulfillment from receipt to shipment, and to respond to inquiries from customers, sales, and internal teams. This hourly, full-time role emphasizes accuracy and on-time delivery.

The position requires using ERP to process orders, confirm pricing, review inventory, and communicate status to customers. A Bachelor's in Business or Supply Chain and five years in customer service/fulfillment are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain required.
• Five years’ experience in a customer service/fulfillment role.
• Strong knowledge of order fulfillment processes and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently uses the ERP system to create customer orders, confirm pricing, answer inquiries, and follow up on order status.
• Review inventory and production plans to determine product availability and meet customer-requested dates.
• Release orders for shipment when inventory is available and communicate with customers and carriers.
