Amrize is seeking a Process Engineer for the Franklin, IN facility to optimize manufacturing processes for rubberized asphalt shingles and related asphalt products. You will lead process improvements, troubleshoot plant operations, and collaborate with R&D and supplier teams to enhance quality, safety, and efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, and typically involves coordinating equipment upgrades, calibrations, and documentation while supporting cost-effective

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; two years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to work with vendors, contractors, plant staff, and corporate engineering to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Comfortable using MS Office products.

Aufgaben

• Determine operations to produce products and develop processes to meet quality, cost and efficiency requirements.
• Troubleshoot production problems and take corrective action; research equipment upgrades and trials.
• Monitor and improve efficiency, output and safety of manufacturing processes through data collection and analysis.
• Collaborate with R&D and other specialists for raw material quality control and process improvements.
• Ensure safety/environmental compliance and support after-hours assignments as needed.
