Position Overview

In this role, you will assist union members who have requested information about available benefit programs and guide them through a simple virtual consultation process.

You will be responsible for connecting with members, answering questions, reviewing benefit options, scheduling appointments, completing digital documentation, and ensuring all information is handled accurately and professionally.

This opportunity is well-suited for someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable building relationships in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
