Job summary

Buyers Safety is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service, answer price quote inquiries, process orders and returns, and support the sales and operations teams. The role emphasizes accuracy, communication, and teamwork in a busy office environment.

The position is full-time with typical hours Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., in-office. Candidates should have a high school diploma, strong MS Office skills, and excellent customer service abilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience.
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls for price quotes, purchase orders, returns, and web cancellations.
• Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls.
• Assist walk-in customers.
• Build rapport with customers to provide excellent service.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Operations on deliveries and with Sales and Accounting for account setup.
• Maintain accurate files and documentation.
• Keep product and industry knowledge up to date.
