Job summary

Labatt Food Service in Dallas is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support order processing, deliveries and product inquiries from our local customers. You will use problem solving to resolve user requests and support administrative tasks in our office.

You will respond to calls and emails, research product options, communicate changes promptly, and collaborate with internal teams to meet evolving customer needs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond and resolve customer requests concerning order processing, deliveries, product inquiries and other requests via phone and e-mail.
• Research and offer product suggestions based on customer requirements
• Communicate order and product changes with customers in a timely fashion
• Identify and effectively communicate changing customer needs with internal personnel
