Job summary

Edamerica, a division of Edfinancial Services, is hiring a Customer Service Representative to work onsite in Knoxville, TN. You'll handle inbound and outbound calls, use knowledge bases and scripts to assist students, and represent Edamerica and partner institutions professionally.

Starting pay is $16.20 per hour with a $4.75 per hour health and welfare fringe benefit. The schedule includes evenings under EST; hours Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–8:00 PM with weekends off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (Higher Education Degree preferred).
• Schedule dependability and flexibility.
