Job summary

Edfinancial Services is seeking Edamerica Customer Service Representatives in El Paso, TX, to provide customer support for prospective, current, and former students regarding financial aid, admissions, billing, and loan delinquency questions. This full-time onsite role offers evening shifts and a pathway to remote work after on-site training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; higher education degree preferred.
• Flexibility for evening shifts and weekend off as per schedule.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed performance expectations for call quality, productivity, and attendance.
