Your responsibilities:

• receive and process basic inbound emails, manage filing, and perform routine administrative tasks related to customer accounts.
• accurately perform data entry related to order processing, service cancellations, or new client setup in the crm system.
• strictly follow company guidelines for creating summary notes and closing out simple support tickets.
• assist senior customer service agents by gathering necessary account information or retrieving historical data from the system.
• maintain a polite, helpful, and professional demeanor in all internal and external communications.

location: Hampton, VA

work hours: 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM
