Express Employment Professionals in Orlando is seeking a full-time, permanent Customer Service Representative starting immediately. Location: West Orlando, FL 32808. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with a pay rate of $17.50 per hour.

Primary duties include taking and processing orders, handling inbound customer calls about shipping and other issues, and sending samples as well as sales and marketing materials.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Customer Service experience
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Able to handle both inbound and outbound calls

Responsibilities

• Taking and processing orders called in or emailed in by customers.
• Taking inbound calls from Customers to handle shipping or other Customer Service issues.
• Process requests for and send samples and sales & marketing materials.
