Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months.
• Travel up to 20% of the time to branch locations or training.
• Ability to relate tactfully to all types of people and situations.
• Knowledge of Indiana driving laws.
• Ability to process cash and card transactions.

Responsibilities

• Administer skill tests and evaluate driving skills.
• Assist customers with vehicle titles and registration needs.
• Maintain compliance with Indiana motor vehicle laws and licensing requirements.
• Attend training classes and certification tests as required.
• Maintain privacy of customer records.
• May substitute for other Customer Service Representatives as needed.
