The State of Indiana's Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV) in Washington/Loogootee is seeking a Customer Service Representative 2 to administer driving exams and assist customers with titles and registrations. You will calmly assess knowledge and adherence to traffic laws while front-line staff process transactions.

The role requires a high school diploma, 21+ years old, and a valid driver's license. Travel up to 20% to branch locations/trainings is expected; the State offers comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Valid driver's license for at least 12 months prior to application.
Ability to travel up to 20% to branch locations and training.

Responsibilities

Administer skills tests and evaluate driving skills.
Assist customers with vehicle/watercraft titles and registration needs.
Maintain compliance with Indiana laws related to vehicle operations and licensure.
Attend training classes and complete certification tests as required.
Maintain privacy of customer records and data.
May substitute for other Customer Service Representatives as needed.
