Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree not needed.
• Ability to process cash and card transactions.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for branch locations, training, or events.

Responsabilités

• Provide timely and accurate customer service at the BMV.
• Assist Hoosiers with a broad range of BMV needs.
• Assist with opening and closing the Indianapolis, West BMV branch.
• Ensure transactions are accurate, timely, and properly accounted for.
• Collaborate with leadership to resolve escalated issues and system problems.
• File applications and maintain daily branch operations.
