Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate in the United States (Bismarck, ND). You will welcome customers, help them find products, and support home improvement needs across various departments.

The role emphasizes friendly service, product knowledge, and reliable assistance throughout the store day. Responsibilities include answering questions, stocking shelves, processing orders, and possibly training in additional store areas to deliver exceptional service.

Formación

• Experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
• Experience with common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform related duties.
• Minimum lifting 25 lbs unassisted or with accommodation.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers, answer questions, and deliver friendly customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time receipt of merchandise.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service excellence.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., tint paint, cut and thread pipe, etc.).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
