Job summary

Lowe's in Grand Forks, ND is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find home improvement products. You will interact with shoppers, assist with locating items, and ensure their needs are met throughout the store day.

You may load merchandise, process orders, and support multiple departments as needed in a fast-paced retail setting. This part-time role emphasizes friendly service, teamwork, and reliability.

Qualifications

• 6 months computer experience
• 6 months experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic
• Able to stand/sit for long periods and perform duties
• Minimum 25 lb lift (unassisted) or more with assistance

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time
• Cross-train in other store areas to support service quality
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (painting, plumbing, wood, etc.)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
