Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Kentucky to welcome shoppers and assist with product selection. You will help customers find items, answer questions, and ensure orders and deliveries are accurate and on time.

The role requires basic computer and retail device usage, plus strong communication and arithmetic skills. You may join a team across departments and gain access to health benefits and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• 6 months retail or customer service experience
• Bi-lingual skills
• Trade-related certification in department preferred (e.g., hardware, kitchen, plumbing)

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise
• Stock replenishment and organization on shelves
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train across departments to improve service
• Prepare merchandise for customers (e.g., paint tint, pipe cutting, wood handling)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Perform other duties as assigned
