Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience using a computer or retail technology.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic skills.
• Ability to stand, sit, and lift up to 75 pounds with assistance if needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock merchandise by checking shelves and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time
• Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut/thread pipe, etc.)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
