Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. in Louisville, KY is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right products for home improvement projects. You will engage with customers, answer questions, and process orders while working in a fast-paced retail environment.

This role offers part-time hours, friendly team, and opportunities to learn trades through Lowe's Track to the Trades program.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer use (inputting, accessing, modifying, outputting).
• 6 months of experience with retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic proficiency.
• Ability to stand, sit, and perform job duties as needed.
• Able to lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with accommodation if needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (paint, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
