Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience and data entry.
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform lifting up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and ensure products are available.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service quality.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, lumber, etc.).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout and complete other duties as assigned.
