Lowe's Home Centers, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to help customers find products and resolve home improvement questions with friendly, knowledgeable service. You’ll engage with customers across departments, assist with locating items, and handle transactions efficiently in a busy retail environment.

The role emphasizes flexibility, teamwork, and excellent communication in a fast-paced setting.

Competenze

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities.
• Minimal lifting of 25 lbs unassisted or more with accommodation.

Mansioni

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by replenishing shelves and organizing displays.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure timely arrival of items.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve overall customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint tinting, pipe cutting, wood handling).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
