Speedy Cash in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver in-store financial solutions and build relationships with customers. The role includes processing transactions, providing personalized service, and maintaining accurate customer data in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues.
• Meticulous attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Proficiency with phones, POS, Microsoft Office, and computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Background checks required by law.
• Able to meet physical demands: stationary most of the time, lift up to 25 pounds, keyboard use.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships that drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Maximize customer success by offering personalized financial services that fit their lifestyle.
• Enter and maintain customer information with precision and integrity into a POS system.
• Build new business by completing daily call campaigns.
• Assist in customer account management and collections by accepting payments and managing customer appointments.
• Perform duties outside the office, including on-site vehicle appraisals, store errands, and external marketing.
• Maintain internal and external store appearance and meet cleanliness standards.
• Uphold compliance with company policies and laws.
• Engage in ongoing training and stay current on product and process changes.
• Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and navigate multiple tasks to meet performance standards.
• Maintain a full-time in-person schedule, including weekends (40 hours/week minimum).
