CCF Family of Brands in Gulfport, MS is seeking a Customer Service Representative to help customers access short-term financial solutions. You’ll process transactions, answer questions, and provide a positive in-store experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to accurately enter data.
• Proficiency with phones, POS, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required per applicable law.
• Physical ability to perform duties (standing, lifting up to 25 lbs).

Responsabilités

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships that drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Maximize customer success by offering personalized financial services.
• Enter and maintain customer information in a POS system with precision.
• Build new business by completing daily call campaigns.
• Assist in customer account management and collections by accepting payments.
