PTSolutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative based in Novi, MI. You will act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, handling orders, inquiries, and product information with accuracy and courtesy.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and interpersonal are required
• Proficient use of Windows computer and Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams
• Strong problem solving and deductive reasoning skills
• Customer-centric attitude and a desire to grow with & contribute to customer-focused company
• Must have the ability to establish rapport and build demand over the phone
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, changes, and returns according to established policies
• Provide timely and accurate information to customers on status updates and product knowledge
• Respond to quotes and product information via phone and email
• Handle customer issues with appropriate solutions within time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
• Partner with sales and internal teams to meet and exceed service expectations
• Develop customer relationships and inform customers of current programs and promotions
• Other duties as assigned
