Job summary

Arrow Exterminators' Stark Exterminators division is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to provide uncompromised service support and administration to internal and external Service Center customers. This role is paid at an hourly rate based on experience.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Present a professional appearance.
• Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) work week.
• Willing to work minimal overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for internal or external customers.
• Schedule service, collect payment, or update customer files.
• Connect with customers via outbound calls to ensure technicians are scheduled and accounts paid.
• Collaborate in a team to meet the service center's goals.
