Arrow Exterminators is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to provide uncompromised service support and administration to internal and external Service Center customers. This role is paid at an hourly rate based on experience and requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.

The position emphasizes scheduling, payments, and accuracy in customer records, with outbound calls to ensure technicians are fully scheduled and accounts are paid.

Qualifications

• MS Office knowledge is required and basic computer skills are expected.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Present a professional appearance.
• Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) workweek.
• Willing to work minimal overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external customers.
• Assist in scheduling a service, taking payments, and updating customer files.
• Connect with customers via outbound calls to ensure schedules and payments.
• Work in a team atmosphere to meet monthly service center goals.
