Job summary

Southern Home Services, the parent company of A+ Heating & Cooling, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional support and build strong customer relationships at a fast-paced office. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries, helping clients schedule service and obtain product information.

You will act as a liaison between customers, technicians, sales and management, maintain records, and continuously expand knowledge of our offerings through training.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to cultivate strong rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and see them through to completion.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining integrity in a structured yet relaxed atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming customer inquiries with professionalism and friendliness.
• Serve as liaison between customers, technicians, sales, and management to facilitate effective communication and address service needs promptly.
• Schedule service and maintenance appointments efficiently.
• Maintain and update customer records for future reference.
• Provide detailed information about our products and services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with empathy and urgency.
• Develop knowledge base of evolving products and services to better assist customers.
• Participate in in-house training on products, services, and office software.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
