In this role you will schedule service visits, maintain customer records, and expand product knowledge to assist customers in choosing the right services.

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with empathy and urgency.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of products and services.
• Participate in in-house training on products, services, and office software.
• Additional duties as assigned.
