Rumpke is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Louisville, KY to be the first point of contact for customers, handling calls, inquiries, billing questions, and sign-ups. You will work with teammates to meet call center goals and improve service levels.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in a call center or customer service role, strong data entry skills, and familiarity with CRM tools. A positive, professional demeanor is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; GED accepted as preferred.
• 1–2 years of call center or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones promptly and courteously using company procedures.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, social media, or in person.
• Identify reasons for service changes and attempts to retain customers.
• Process payments and assist customers with RumpkePay as needed.
• Log and update customer accounts and create work orders as required.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and meet deadlines.
