You will work with a team to resolve issues, process payments, and manage account information while delivering courteous service and maintaining accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or better is required.
• 1–2 years of call center or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual skills are desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones promptly and courteously.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, or other channels.
• Identify reasons for cancellation and attempt to retain customers.
• Provide information on services, billing, and contract parameters and solutions for customer inquiries.
• Process customer payments and assist with RumpkePay as needed.
• Log and record information on customer accounts; create work orders/interactions as needed.
• Work with other departments to resolve customer issues.
