Job summary

Rumpke of Ohio is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers and to resolve service, billing and account inquiries from our Cincinnati area customers. The role supports calls via phone, email, social media and other channels and will work within a team to achieve call center objectives.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, providing service option details, processing payments, and coordinating with other departments to ensure customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in call center or customer service preferred.
• Bilingual skills desired but not required.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones promptly and courteously utilizing company procedures.
• Receive and respond professionally and courteously to all customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, fax or personal contact.
• Process customer payments and assists customers with RumpkePay as needed.
• Log and record information on customer accounts, create work orders, and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues.
