Aladdin Bail Bonds in Carlsbad, CA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls, faxes, and emails from customers and prospects, ensuring timely responses and follow-up. You will support retail branch operations and collaborate with field personnel and corporate staff.

The role requires a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, and offers a wage of $19.00/hr with benefits such as medical/dental/vision plans, life insurance, and a 401(k).

Formación

• 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

a. Handling in bound calls, faxes, and e-mails relating to customers and prospects.

b. Assuring timely responses to customer inquiries.

c. Supporting retail branch office operations and promoting strong working relationships with customers, field personnel and corporate support staffs.

d. Understand and apply our business processes to your personal style.

Looking to fill the following shifts:

Hours: 10:00pm - 6:15am | 5-days/week (15 additional mins compensated per shift worked)

Wage: $19.00/hr.

Location: 1000 Aviara Parkway Suite #300, Carlsbad, CA 92011

Qualifications Requested:

a. Exceptional Customer Service Skills and a Positive Attitude.

b. 1-3 years of experience in customer service.

c. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

d. Detail oriented, problem solver.

e. Ability to work a flexible schedule. Weekends and Holidays are a must (additional compensation applied for holidays).

f. Ability to multi task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
