Uline is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our Pennsylvania team. You will process orders, recommend products, and handle inquiries using our advanced tools.

You’ll build relationships with customers via phone, email and chat, acting as a product expert and delivering legendary service. Training is provided to help you grow your skills within a family‑owned company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent problem‑solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you are eager to learn, we will train you!
