Job summary

Atlas Roofing Corporation, a leading provider of roofing and insulation products, seeks a Customer Service Specialist in Phoenix, AZ. The role supports the Account Executive team, handling orders from placement to billing, monitoring backorders, and maintaining strong customer relationships in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in customer service or an administrative role, with excellent phone skills and proficiency in ERP (PeopleSoft) and CRM

Qualifications

• Excellent telephone skills and ability to serve as primary liaison with customers.
• Experience with data entry and ERP/CRM software.
• Knowledge of customer service principles, needs assessment, and satisfaction evaluation.
• Ability to work with diverse internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Executive team to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Process orders from placement through shipment and billing.
• Monitor backorders and communicate status to customers promptly.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures in customer interactions.
• Escalate issues to Customer Service Manager as needed.
