U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Taunton, MA, to be the face of exceptional service and assist customers with rentals and equipment inspections. You will use U-Scan technology to manage rentals, dispatch and return equipment, and participate in on-the-job education.

The job offers on-site work with a competitive hourly wage and a paid hiring process. Minimum qualifications include a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or equivalent.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Drive a forklift (certification offered through U-Haul upon employment).
• Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
