Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative in Cambridge, MA. You will work as part of a supportive team to assist customers with rentals, inspect and prepare equipment, and use U-Scan technology to manage inventory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and maintain equipment on the lot and answer questions from customers.
• Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns.
